There are many symbols in this picture.
The stained glass surrounds the cross.
The 12 coloured gems on the head represent the 12 tribes of Israel.
Two hands at the top of the cross represent Jews and Gentiles praying together.

He lifts our head when we are burdened,
His grace and mercy overwhelms us,
His forgiveness is great, nothing is impossible for him to forgive.
